Please note that Hotel accommodation covered in the registration fee is from 17th March 2024 to 23 March 2024. See the details below:

Pick up from the airport: starts 07:00 am on 17 March 2024

Drop at the airport:: Starts from Hotel in Meerut 6 h before your flight time on 22/23 March night or on 23 March

Please note that, we can arrange at no extra cost the pick up if your flight arrives earlier (on the 16 March evening/night or very early morning on 17 March. But, in that case you will need to make payment for the extra night accommodation @ USD 60 per night). Please make specific requests for this via email).
