The registration fee covers to-and-fro travel from Indira Gandhi International Airport (Terminal 3), registration kit, accommodation for six nights, tea/ coffee breaks, meals and banquet.

Category A: Foreign delegates (from developed economies)

Registration fee (Including airport transfer, accommodation, session cost, Lunch and Dinner, and banquet):

Standard room: Single occupancy USD 700/-
Standard room: Double occupancy USD 600/-
Luxury room (Limited in number) USD 900

Bank charge, if any, will be extra and borne by the registrant.

01. Early bird Registrations (with a discount of USD 50/-) are valid up to 31st August, 2023
02. Late Registrations (with late fee of USD 100/-) are valid up to 30th November, 2023
03. Super Late Registrations (with late fee of USD 150/-) are valid up to 31st December, 2023

Category B: Foreign delegates (from under developed/ developing economies, and non-stipendiary PhD students) – limited

This will be on First-come-first serve basis for 20 registrants for USD 300/-. They will be provided double occupancy accommodation in the University or similar in budget hotels.

Note: Category B registrants need to get approval from the convenor. They will be given a waiver code for registration For approval, fill out the form here

Category C: Indian Delegates

Cancellation of registration and refund of fee paid (Inclusive of bank charges):

01. Before October 31st, 2023 - 75 %
02. Before December 31st, 2023 - 50%
03. No refund after 01 January 2024
